Returns & Refunds
At Small Equipment Supply, we stand behind the quality of our equipment. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damaged from shipping, we will work with you to correct it.
Order Cancellations:
Order cancellations are acceptable within 1 week of order placement. Order cancellations must be completed by emailing sales@smallequipmentsupply.com with the order number and cancellation request. Order cancellations are not acceptable 1 week after the order is placed. Once an order has been placed and 1 week has passed, it cannot be canceled after this timeframe. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Refunds:
If your return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, we will process a refund to the original method of payment once the returned equipment has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping:
In the event of a return due to manufacturing defect or shipping damage, shipping will be covered by Small Equipment Supply.
Warranty
Small Equipment Supply provides the following warranty for the equipment sold:
· Duration: The warranty period shall be 30 days from the date of delivery.
· Coverage: This warranty covers defects in manufacturing or shipping.
· Remedies for Defects: In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, Small Equipment Supply will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the equipment free of charge.
· Exclusions: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by unauthorized repairs, or damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect.
· Limitations: The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
